It is very light and tasty dish. It goes perfect for lunches or dinner with the glass of white wine. It also very easy and quick to cook.
INGREDIENTS
- Salmon slice ( it depends on how many people you will serve. I usually prefer one big slices per person.
-Bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Tyhme
- Oregano
-Butter
Firstly, use some deep small pan for melting your butter, add your bread crumbs after butter is melted . You can be generous with the butter. You have to arrange that how much bread crumbs you will use make sure you do not use too much bread crumbs also it needs to cover every top part of salmon as you can see in the picture. Add your oregano and thyme and right after that add your parmesan. You can be a cheese lover but do not put too much parmesan , you do not want to kill the taste of salmon. Make sure you mix your topping very well. Do not forget we are not trying to cook the crumbs, it should be ready in few minutes after you heat your pan. Gently, cover your salmon with the topping that you prepared. We will bake the salmon therefore put your salmons on a oven tray before putting your topping , it will make your job much easier. Place your oven tray with the salmons into pre-heated oven. Bake it in 180 degree for 12 minutes and your salmon is ready. Bon Appetit .
